- Please check that all the information is correct and complete. If the client's details provided are incorrect or incomplete and the kit cannot be delivered, you will have to pay an extra fee for the kit to be resent.
- Please check that the email address provided is correct. We will send you an email if there are any issues with your order, as well as to confirm that we have received and processed your order (please check your spam folder if you do not see our emails in your inbox).
- Your kit will be posted once your payment has been received. Your kit will be posted on the same day for payments received by 12pm, if not your kit will be sent in a maximum of 24 hours after your payment has been confirmed (Monday-Friday, except public holidays).
