In a few days you will receive a home DNA Collection kit that will allow you to take your own DNA samples privately and confidentially. The mailed DNA Collection kit includes instructions and buccal swabs to take the DNA samples. Please send us your DNA samples by mail to our laboratory for rapid processing.

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please bear in mind that this will only be cancelled at no cost for you in case that your payment has not yet been charged. Please call us or enter our chat now (cancellations by email will not be considered). If your card has been charged and you have just paid for the deposit to receive your kit, no refund will apply. If you have paid the full amount for the test you wish and the testing procedures have not yet begun, we will refund the full amount except for 30 pounds for administration and handling fees.
